By using Kad Productions, LLC's services, you agree to these terms. Kad Productions, LLC provides video production and creative media solutions subject to the following conditions.
We provide commercial production, event coverage, and post-production services. Timelines and deliverables are defined in individual client contracts.
Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Kad Productions, LLC reserves the right to pause project work for late payments.
Creative assets produced for the client become client property upon full payment. Preliminary concepts remain the property of Kad Productions, LLC.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement.
